It's been good to hear from more of you recently! Apologies for my tardiness on getting in touch with some of you, but I have been BUSY!

Between life, death, snow, cold, school, work, and drama, drama, drama, I have been in quite the mental funk recently!

But a few things always remain constant... friends, running, and support! For all of you that have run with me, sent in emails, given me pictures... THANK YOU! We (and more personally I) love hearing from you.

THE EVENT TOMORROW!
The Freeze Your Cookies Off 5K! So awesome! A 5k with a cookie buffet at the end!
If you are anything like me, your perfection buzzer is already going off in your head :-)
It's going to be a blast tomorrow morning!
If you're in the greater Salt Lake/Provo area and love cookies and running as much as I do, come find me! And we will partake of deliciousness and joy together!
